The SEPA transfer form is a standardised form created to transmit a payment order to the bank. They’re an ideal way to send invoices or donation requests via postal letters.
This is why Pingen also supports the printing and sending of SEPA transfer forms. SEPA information is visualised by Pingen and then printed directly on the official and perforated SEPA transfer forms.
Pingen sends all letters to Germany automatically via PREMIUMADRESS by Deutsche Post.
Thanks to PREMIUMADRESS, letters are automatically forwarded to the new address if recipients have moved and set up a relocation request. Optionally, thanks to PREMIUMADRESS, it’s also possible to automatically receive the new address via Pingen for EUR 1.15.
If delivery by Deutsche Post fails, returns are digitally processed at Pingen. The letters are identified by the PREMIUMADRESS data matrix code in the viewing window and then destroyed, unopened.
In case of undeliverable letters, Pingen forwards all relevant information digitally via the app, as well as automatic email notifications for further processing.
